Social Services assists in transition and acclimation to the facility. Social Services addresses the social well being of the resident and helps to educate family members regarding their options for care.
Our Social Services program provides:

- » Provides essential information, manages requests and concerns, helps in discharge planning
- » Coordinates community support group meetings for residents, their families and friends
